The management should seriously consider improved oversight in the spa as unruly guest behaviors detracted from a relaxing experience!!! Communication issues among staff resulted in mistakes that were frustrating!!! An overall structure for guest complaints needs to be re-evaluated.

Place is special. The pool area offered amazing views, and the decor blended charm with modern comforts beautifully. The breakfast staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, affecting the overall flow of our mornings.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend getaway in Lech am Arlberg with good value considering the price it charged. I really enjoyed the friendly staff who were always ready to help with my requests. Make sure to take advantage of the spa facilities, they are worth it!

Our family fell in love with the fine outdoor pool and the friendly. The food was divine, especially the Crème Brûlée!

The experience was nothing short of magical during our 4-night stay. The pool stands out, offering a amazing view . Our room was not only comfortable but also radiated elegance, which made our time spent there nice. Each meal was a delight, showcasing the care and detail put into every dish. We loved exploring nearby attractions like the Walsermuseum Lech, enriching our understanding of the local culture.

The room was really comfy and elegant, blending modern design with cozy touches. It had a great ambiance. The attention to details was lovely, and it was nice to have a peaceful space to come back to after a long day. The views from the windows added a special touch too.

The family running the place goes above and beyond, like the time we came back to our room, and found a baby bathrobe waiting for our little one. The attention to detail was amazing, from small touches to the luxurious suite.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it's still acceptable.

We had an amazing stay! The room was fantastic, with a spacious and well-styled interior. The staff was excellent and surprised us with a kind gift for my partner's birthday. the hotel facilities, including the outdoor pool and spa area were excellent. We could enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape on hikes around this charming city.

Beautiful Mountain Escape! the hotel had the perfect location, with stunning mountain views, beautiful outdoor areas and easy access to hiking trails. the rooms were comfortable, with cozy blankets and soft pillows. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh pastries and local cheeses. Best aspects: One highlight of my stay was the spa, where I spent hours relaxing in the saunas and steam rooms. the indoor pool was a real treat, with perfect temperature and plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the view. In the evenings, I loved the candle-lit atmosphere of the bar lounge where I tried some tasty cocktails and local wine.

One thing that I did not enjoy was the service at the main restaurant. the staff was friendly, but the waiting time between courses was often too long, even though the restaurant was not full.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities and we were impressed with the incredible service and Spa & wellness centre. the Indoor swimming pool, Sauna and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed the full body massage and beauty treatment. the hotel also had a lovely sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful garden area. the restaurant provided delicious breakfast with a special diet menu available, but the bar/lounge area and coffee/tea in the lobby could have had better service.
